its 4years since I was on this site! Back again & not surprisingly in more pain. It’s been up and down, but always gradually creeping into a worse situation.. I tried Borax , (anyone else?) no change for me. Eating really purely helps sometimes too. The pain has been awful the past few weeks, & I’m being beaten back from doing my garden which I love. I’m 60 now & feel it’s time to go back to the dr that Iv been avoiding :’(

Hello @Sissyandfred good to see you back. I've been looking but cannot find anything on Borax and arthritis, though looks like it didn't work for you anyway😪 Diet can affect us, have a look through the following

Just a thought did you mean you tried Boron rather than Borax?
