Whenever I go for a,long walk
The following day I can hardly move.. Is,this normal for degenerative R A?

Welcome to the online community and thank you for sharing here with us.
Unfortunately, some people can experience pain after walking or activities. While keeping active and moving is important to help with keeping joints and muscles strong, we have to also remember to pace ourselves when doing so. For example, if someone walks 30 minutes, it may be better to reduce the time spent walking and slowly build on this as time goes.
You can ask your GP to refer you to a physiotherapist and occupational therapist to help you with this. You can also check out or forum space 'Living with arthritis' to read about other people's experiences. You can find this linked below.
