Tai Chi in South Bucks

Hi - I run a tai chi for Arthritis class in Tylers Green, High Wycombe every Thursday 11am-noon.

I've had a THR and have OA in my other hip.

If anyone lives in the High Wycombe area and is interested, please contact me.

There's online Tia Chi available in a few of the Versus Arthritis Areas.

I think it's brilliant such gentle but wonderful exercise @markl
