I have had this OA arthiritis for a few years in both hips and lower spine i carnt hardly walk the last two weeks it has gotten more severe its debilatating im on napraxon and tramadol paracetamol they dont work at all

Now i have more bad pain further up my back

I understand that you have OA in both hips and lower spine. Have you been back to your GP/Consultant to report on the pain spreading? In the meantime have a look through the following from our website.

Hii, I totally understand what you are saying. I have spinal arthritis,which also affects my legs. I go for physio Therapy which helps, but nothing really eases the pain. It came on veery quickly for me, so im still coming to terms with my new life and missing y old one.

This group helps a lot.
