Neck arthritis

Adjusting to a change in life of movements etc I just did without thinking as I'm a practical person and as long as my painkillers work I'm ok.

When they don't work so much it's worrying and going to bed with a bad head and waking up with pain is the worse but don't we all treasure our good days as their like a holiday 😁.

    Hi @EmmaHarry

Oh yes we should always treasure the good days I agree 100%.

My neck sometimes really 'goes' (OA C somethings or other) and when it does life is really awful so I tend to rest if I feel the neck might be about to play up properly.

My husband is joining in at the moment and not coping at all well with it. As a pretty healthy person it's quite a shock. He is waiting for an MRI.

    Take care
