Hi, I am new member
Am retired from long career in NHS having had osteoarthritis for around 20yrs. Originally commencing in knees but now in neck and impacting other joints. Few hobbies I have left to me around music, I.e playing guitar are now also increasingly problematic. Interested to hear from anyone particularly those with neck and related shoulder pain. Sleep is prob top priority these days.
looking forward to discussions with the community. Should’ve done this years ago?
