How to cope at work with pain
osteoarthritis in left foot and hip . Healthcare assistant, on my feet all day . Struggle with pain at the moment I’m signed off work for 2 weeks . I would welcome any advice on how to make work easier . Thanks

Welcome to our wonderful online community, I'm so pleased you decided to join. We are friendly supportive bunch and hope you find what you are looking for here.
It doesn't sound like your job will be helping with being on your feet all day I would suggest you explore some super comfy supportive footwear and maybe you could get some hint and tips here Footcare and footwear | Versus Arthritis. Maybe you could ask your GP to refer you to a podiatrist to get some help.

Hi, sorry to hear you struggle at work, as a retired nurse I know how hard your job is. I was wondering if you could do a ward clerk job? It would be a lot easier on Your feet! Perhaps have a word with your ward manager? Wishing you well.
