Coffee and Osteo
Hi Everyone! I am new to this community. I just learned that my beloved coffee is harmful to my osteo arthritis, which made intuitive sense to me. Are there other foods that I should also cut out? Blessings! Juliemaya

Hi @juliemayapanda,
From my understanding, it's caffeine, not just coffee which is the culprit. By all accounts it can affect cartilage and therefore either help to escalate all forms of Arthritis symptoms or contribute towards them.
I've always been a big coffee drinker and now I no longer have any cartilage left in my knees then I guess I can drink bucketloads because it can't harm me.
