Hello how is everyone this evening.

I'm newly diagnosed at the age of 60. Just wondered if there are any support groups to attend in person in bradford west Yorkshire or exercise groups. I enjoy the outdoors walking and a bit of cycling.

Welcome to our online community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope you find it helpful to be able to get and share information here.

There are some local groups running and if you email services@versusarthritis.org you should be able to find if there is one near you.
