Hi
I suffer with osteoarthritis and a few other health issues. I suffer with extreme fatigue most of the time and find it hard to exercise.
Would be grateful for any tips or advice please

Leon's videos are brilliant. The secret is little and often. Don't do a huge amount at once. You might on;t be able to do one exercise at a time. Then have a break, lunch or whatever and come back to it.
I stage myself. I have also found Tai Chi good. In our class some people do it sitting.
Just try to keep moving -a wee bit at a time. Remember we aren't all ex-gymnasts so little and often.
