Big toe osteoarthritis
Hi, I'm 47 and just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the big toe. Really shame as I love walking.
I have been prescribed Naproxen and Omeprazole.
Can any one advise on supplements I should take, or is it to late now and its a matter of pain management?
Any help, would be appreciated

Hello @Mrlee76 and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your bug toe, have been prescribed Naproxen and Omeprazole and looking for information on supplements. Our website has some information on supplements, I've put a couple of links in below, but with all supplements and complimentary medicines what works for some people does not work for all.
