Hello @Jens15
Welcome to the community we are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience aswell.
I understand you have arthritis in hands and fingers.
Our website has a lot of useful information please see link below.
Osteoarthritis of the hand and wrist (versusarthritis.org)
Personally I use Ibuprofen gel as prescribed by my doctor. Maybe worth you trying?
Please keep posting and let us know how you are getting on.

Hi @Jens15
In addition to the useful link and advice from @Naomi33 have you considered asking your G P to be referred to a hand therapist?
https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/treatments/who-will-treat-you/hand-therapists/
Also some of our members use wax therapy which they find very helpful.
Let us know how you get on.
Best wishes
