Hello everyone. I need to admit how alone my life has become. I have 2 sons who live miles away, and don't keep in touch that much, which is fine, as they have their own lives to lead.I've recently applied for early retirement due to spinal stenosis and lumbar pain so now at home but finding I'm relying on social media to get me through my days. Basically, I don't have a soulmate, apart from my lovely dog who really helps. I would like to chat to like minded people who share my frustrations and how you cope with the disease living on your own. I can manage a walk in the morning with my dog but then the pain gets worse as the day goes by so I can't walk then due to too much pain. My life is becoming monotonous!

Which offers guidance and support maybe worth investigating in your area??
