When joining the forum it’s usual to provide a little background about your experience with arthritis just so that other forum members can respond in the most appropriate way. It’s entirely up to you but you may wish to make a further post giving a little more background e.g. what brings you here, do you have RA or OA, how long you’ve been living with arthritis, what do you hope to get our of joining the forum, etc.
