Hello, I have auto-immune RA, and I have just started taking Methotrextate medication today. Does any know if I can eat Mozzarella cheese or any soft cheeses like feta? It states online I should avoid soft cheese but does this mean all of them?

Personally I am now vegan and missed them soooooo much at first, but got over it in time😒
