Joining from Ohio, in USA Trigger thumb very painful and I can't play pickleball
Hi,
Searching for help and found this site. Open to homeopathic , herbal, exercise and other recommendations. Rt knee partial replacement at 59 yrs old, 3 yrs after an injury. Almost 61 and lt knee is starting to lock up, and right thumb developed trigger thumb overnight. Been in a brace 2 weeks tomorrow, started with the brace within the first 24 hrs, taking Celebrex an Nsaid, for knees already, using voltaren gel.
Just started playing pickleball this summer and now I've got my husband learning and I can't play due to pain and fear of damaging the thumb further! Very frustrating.
