Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with Peripheral Spondyloarthritis and am looking for advice. I have started taking Sulfasalazine and wanted to know what to expect with regards to side effects and improvements. Its all a bit overwhelming right now.

I am struggling with fatigue and pain and am really hoping things get better on this medication
