Good morning hopefully we are going to get a few days of sunshine this week what a relief , my arthritis is so much better when it’s warmer .so I have another shout out any one had denervation? And how did that help their pain and mobility? Let’s hope the sun stays around a while 🤞Ronnie L

    I had denervation for facet joints in March. I think it's helped a little but due to having a lot of OA in my lumbar area, I'm still having a lot of pain which doesn't help mobility. I'm finding my best time for a walk is first thing. Definitely worth having it done if consultant advises. Good luck.

    Thank you I hope you do improve it’s exhausting. I’m having it in my wrist tomorrow on left hand then total wrist replacement in right hand but I am seriously getting nervous about both !!!
