I totally empathise as I have osteoarthritis in my right shoulder; I am being referred back to my local shoulder clinic as none of the exercises are helping (only making the pain worst). But I have just started Pilates and I am hoping that these gentle movements will help whilst I wait for my appointment to come through.
Not sure if you have a shoulder support - I got one from Amazon and this can give some assistance. I am also on co-codamol and Naproxen for the pain. I also find heat pads can help.
I hope you can find a way to manage as constant pain can be very exhausting (amongst other things)
Take care,
Liz 😊
