Hi,

I am new member just joining to gain tips etc from fellow arthritic peeps.

Also have osteoporosis.

Trying to manage mostly with movement - large amounts - and not much medication apart from supplements.

Will have a quick perusal of some posts to try to familiarise self with how it all works. Never been a member of an online community before. Not the greatest with tech😃

welcome to the online community good to see you posting.

You write that you have arthritis and osteoporosis and want a few tips and information from those on the community.

You dont say what type of arthritis you suffer from, it would be helpful to others if you could talk about your arthritic journey so they could give you the information you could use.

Please let us know how you get on and do go onto our forums to chat to others it often helps.
