Knee has cracked and now won’t straighten properly

Hi, I went to stand up about 30 minutes ago and heard and felt a massive crack in my knee and the pain shot down to my ankle, now I can’t stand up, I’ve put a warm pad on it and am moving the ankle and knee as much as I can but that last little bit of movement just won’t free up. Does anyone else get this and have any advice please.
