Morning @Lou54
I have had problems sleeping since November.
I have OA and Pallindromic Rheumatism.
I have tried all sorts of remedies meditation/ audio books / meds before bed etc etc
I know just get up and walk around which eases my pains and return to bed.
I can be up once or five times a night.
I decided not to fight it just let my body tell me what it wants basically.
Works for me.
Hope this helps
