Hi everyone
First time posting but I hope someone can help. Less than 2 weeks ago I went in for full knee replacement. Got out last Wednesday after receiving blood transfusion. I have fibromyalgia, M.E, tendonitis in both ankles. At min I'm struggling with pain even though my meds are at strongest. Also exercises take a lot out of me. I'm also getting electric shocks and like sciatica down back of leg. Any advice on how to deal with any of this I would be so grateful.
