Hello @Sandra66 and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.

You do not say how arthritis is affecting you so if you are willing to share a bit more that would be great, but only what you are comfortable with. Others will then connect and support you and chat about their similar experiences. Can I also suggest having a look at our website.
