Hello, I’m Eileen and I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and Fibromyalgia 2 years ago, I’ve also had one full knee replacement 6 years ago. In the last 6 months both the arthritis and the fibromyalgia have had a massive daily impact on my life, I’m in constant severe pain both day and night and walking has become increasingly difficult. I’ve had several visits to my GP but don’t feel as though I’m getting anywhere. I do go to the gym 3 times a week when possible unless I’m having a fibro flare up. I’m not allowed to use the treadmill as I keep fracturing bones in my foot.
Im hoping to find some other solutions to my constant pain as it’s driving me insane and having a massive impact on my life

Hello @eileen_jeffries57 and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and Fibromyalgia and looking for others ideas and experiences on ways to reduce the pain. It is good that you still go to the gym when you can as keeping moving is very important. We have some useful info on our website which might be worth a look, I've put a couple of links below.
and
You could also take a look at Escape Pain and Nuffield Joint Pain Programme to see if they are of any help.
Please keep posting and I am sure that others will share their experiences with you.
With best wishes,
