I am new to this community and would like to say a huge Hello and look forward to reading your comments and hope to get more knowledge about how you are coping with Osteoarthritis and how it affects you. Since i have been diagnosed it was good to know why i was suffering with pain and having support from my NHS resources, friends and family along with my employers have been very understanding and are doing everything they can to assist me. By joining this community it will help me to understand my condition much more and get more resources to aid me as my condition progresses. This heat we have been experiencing has not helped by making less enthusiastic about exercising, how are you all managing? 🙂
