hi ya all I’m 49 arthritis in both knee needing total replacements and in my spine just wanted to say hi all x

    Hello @Yogirich1974 and welcome to the online community,

    I understand you live with arthritis in your spine and knees, and you need total knee replacements. I’m sure you’ll find some interesting posts on the forum about members’ experience of having this type of surgery, so do have a look round and join in any conversations where you feel comfortable.

  • Life has been such a battle arthritis is horrid feeling trapped in my body gone from being active,never in to come and go as I please, enjoying work to being almost house bound,needing help to do the little things,lift a pan ,walk ,put my bra on and my shoes it is emotionally draining mentally as well as physically I’m awaiting two knee replacement I have arthritis in my knees facet joints in spine stiffness in wrist shoulder and ankles trying to stay positive but in truth it’s hard x
