now starting to struggle
Hello people,
Long story short(ish), couple of arthroscopic surgeries back in early to mid nineties due to football injury & always having an active job, (postie for +10 years) etc, I’m now starting to struggle with pain on a regular basis.
Just has to leave previous job picking orders in warehouse after only being there weeks after doing around just short of 30k steps a day, leaving my knee in bits when I got home, unable to walk to the park over the weekend & in pain when I wake up in the night, seeing a physio on Monday, hopefully he’ll suggest an MRI scan, god only knows what I gonna be doing for a job in the future as sitting at a desk really ain’t for me 😐.
Thanks for reading 👍🏻👀
