Tingling in fingers

Hi folks , do any of you have tingling in your fingers I’ve only had this recently I’d say about 5 weeks it’s not very nice ,also very very swollen fingers which are tight and can’t close to well , I have osteoarthritis, I do work every day in a very busy school kitchen so on the go
