Hello, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis last year and at that time I was in such extreme pain I wanted to die. I seriously couldn’t live with the pain. So….. having been diagnosed and put on methotrexate ( now injecting it). In the year since I have really taken on ice baths and daily cold showers. Nutritional advice about anti inflammatory foods and I can tell you that I now have no pain!!!

A bit tongue in cheek to say this, but since arthritis maladies have likely been around since the Stone Age, its good to hear at least some progress has been made in adapting to the condition. I seem to be in the same boat, my arthritis was nasty but if I stay within my new limitations it becomes more bearable.
