Knee exercises.

Hello, I've just joined this community. I have arthritis in my knees and hips. I saw a physio on Thursday and he said he would send me some exercises for my knees, but I'm still waiting for the email to arrive. Can anyone suggest some good knee exercises please? Oh, forgot to say I'm Morgan!
