New to Arthritis Real Pain
Hello to All.
I have had arthritis to some degree in my hands for a few years but have been lucky in that the pain was liveable.
This last couple of months the pain is getting worse especially on waking in the morning. My left hand is now showing puffiness/swelling. Due to my current Cardiac medications I cannot take Ibrufen and need to rely on Paracetamol if I need to take anything. I have medical approval to use pain relieving Gel containing no more than 10% Ibrufen which does help. I would like some help or recommendations on any supplements or treatments the community have found really beneficial for the above condition. Thank You

Hello @GreyParrot
Nice to meet you and welcome you to the online community.
I see from you post that you are really struggling with pain in your hands especially the left. You also have existing cardiac issues, (I presume your Dr is aware of the swelling in your hand?), which limits the medication you can take so you're interested in alternative treatments/supplements.
This might be of interest while you wait for someone to share their own tips:
and this too perhaps:
Now that you've said hello perhaps you'd like to look around the rest of the forum and join in anywhere you feel comfortable. Living with Arthritis tends to be the most popular category after Say Hello.
My best wishes
Ellen.
