Good morning all. I’ve recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my spine and shoulders and also rotator cuff degeneration. (Think it’s probably in my left foot/toes and base of thumbs too) I’ve noticed when the weather changes and the air pressure drops, as well as the pain increasing in my back and shoulders, I also have a nagging tooth ache like pain in my lower arms, wrists and hands and lower legs and ankles. I feel the need to stretch them to relieve the ache. Does anyone else experience this or am I just odd? 😊
