About Me
I am 62 years old and I have lived with RA since I was 17 years old. I count myself as lucky as I managed a fulltime job up to 55 years old when I took early retirement on advice after a left shoulder replacement, Since then I have had a right hip replacement and a couple of weeks ago my left hand thumb pinned and straightened.
I have joined as it would be nice to catch up with people dealing with the same problems and pain day to day.
I like gardening and crafting both are getting harder to keep up as time goes on.

Hello @JulieF and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
I understand that you have had RA since you were young and left shoulder and right hip replaced and your left thumb pinned and straightened. I also see that you have joined to chat to others so you are very welcome.
Our website also has a lot of useful information about arthritis, treatments and hints and tips so I would recommend having a look. I've put a couple of links in below you might find of interest.

Please keep posting now that you are here and let us know how you are getting on.
With best wishes
