Arthritis Newbee
Hi all, I have recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee and elbow, a week after turning 50!! It didn't come as a massive surprise really as I have been 'creeking' for a while now. Awaiting ortho review and have been referred to physio. I am surprised how this diagnosis has affected me mentally, I need to disassociate it with getting old.
Any advice on what to ask professionals would be really helpful.
Thank you in advance
