At 79 just been diagnosed with RA so at the trying treatments stage and concerns about long term lifestyle changes. I appreciate how lucky I am to get this later rather early in my life.

You'll see from discussions there are many members with RA. Getting the treatment that works for you is important. Regardless of age it is something that can impact life so it's important to try and keep as active as you can.

I hope you find the right treatment soon. (It can be a bit trial and error at the start but when you get the right combination it makes a huge difference).
theres loads of helpful info. On this site and it was one of the first recommendations that my rheumatologist made, to go home and find this site. He was right!
