Hi @PamEdwards77 A warm welcome to the online community. This is an incredibly supportive group of people who all share your pain and understand.
I see from your post that you have quite widespread Osteoarthritis and are feeling alone. I can promise you are not alone anymore our members are very caring and knowledgeable.
While you wait for someone to come along to chat I am going to add a couple of links which might help a little or at least be of interest to you. The first really is worth a read it's just got so much information in it:
and this one because you sound a little as though your mood might be a bit low which is a very common issue here:
I do hope you'll decide to stay and share some of your own experience with others here too. Living with Arthritis tends to be the most popular category after Say Hello. Just join in wherever you feel comfortable.
Best wishes
Ellen.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much. Has your GP ever referred you to a musculoskeletal team (MSK) for proper assessment of your osteoarthritis or have they just said this is what you have, take these tablets?
If you've never been referred go back to your GP and ask that you are.
There are things that can be done to help and fix you, you don't have to feel alone and you will never feel alone on this site.
I had a foraminitomy in March to repair nerve damage on my C6/7 and a trapeziectomy in 2020 and currently waiting to see a hip surgeon.
I have OA in my hips hands and ankles and have seen some wonderful physios from our MSK and brilliant surgeons.
Please don't despair
Love n hugs

I'm not sure if you've seen this as it appears to cover your hypermobility.
Joint hypermobility | Causes, symptoms, treatments (versusarthritis.org)
I hope this helps you a bit as well as giving you a bit of information before you see the GP's again. I have had both Tramadol and Gabapentin. I was on 900 mg of Gabapentin three times a day plus 2 tramadol every 6 hours as necessary. I now have morphine patches for my OA pain but they're still not getting rid of all of the pain but I manage with these.
I hope you manage to get some relief and some much needed help.
Love n hugs
