Morning everyone, I have been struggling with my pain due to reducing my morphine medication I am also taking Pregabalin for pain. My physio was not very understanding and I felt humiliated when I attended my appointment, was told loose weight and up my exercise even though I was in agony so can't do their exercises I signed up for move with Leon a 12 week course through Versus Arthritis it's only my 2nd week but better than nothing, I have osteoarthritis in my hips, knees and fingers and taking it slowly.

I believe unless you are going through or had this condition no one can understand 🤷‍♂️

I was told I had to wait 18 months for physio so I like you joined Pain Management course which really helped me.

Just being with other people in similar or same position made me feel normal well normalish and the course was well worth while doing so keep at it and stay positive 🙌
