Hello and glad to be here
I have lived with arthritis in both wrists for many years ( since my 30's) and more recently I've been diagnosed with severe arthritis in both knees. I don't seem to get symptoms until my joints are pretty badly damaged so no idea how long it's been there and progressing for. Anyhow, this and a recent registration with sight impaired has catapulted me from being a reasonably fit, healthy and active early 60 year old, to battling the reality of living with disabilities at the age of 66. Saying that I'm intent on dealing will these challenges as positively as I can.
