Newly diagnosed
I have anxiety and it’s been tripped with the diagnosis I’m not sure how to look after myself as I’m not in pain all the time thankfully even tho it’s level four in the knee patella
tried to look for info myself but only seem to find the terrifying which then leads to me being online googling and getting more n more scared. I need some control over this I already take anti anxiety tablets since diagnosis in July and won’t see a consultant til December

Hello @Septembermay80 and welcome to our friendly and supportive Community. You are among friends now that can relate to how you feel. Getting the first diagnosis can be quite a shock but the folk on here can help you cope.
You say that you have pain in your knee but won't get to see a consultant until December. In the meantime have a look at the following from our website which might be of help.
