I have severe arthritis in left hip. Have been accepted for replacement which should happen within 4 months. I cannot walk far anymore so was enjoying a sort of aquacycle in hydrotherapy pool using a belt to give me float. Now finding I'm extra sore next day. Anything else I could be doing? I've got no rotation in my hip now.

Also keen to hear how others have felt post op
