Hello. Just joined this morning. Been challenged by OA of the lumbar spine. Life can be very difficult living with osteoarthritis. I am finding my way and hoping this community can be a helpful resource. Cheers John

I see from your post that you have Osteoarthritis in your lumbar spine. Life can certainly be very difficult living with Arthritis, but you have come to the right place to receive support from others who understand. Probably you will have some tips to help others yourself too.

we are a lovely bunch of people very very supportive and caring. If there's anything we can suggest which might help we will just ask.

You're right this is an excellent resource you can just pop something in the 'search' at the top right (magnifying glass icon) and threads will pop up.
