I’m Vernon Goddard. New to this site. Interested in cures/solutions to the all consuming issues of pain, lack of mobility, restrictions caused by arthritis. My particular ailments are related to hips and knees. Four years of deterioration with attempts to stay fit and well, taking tablets for the pain, talking to Doctors, seeking answers. Mostly to no avail. Just the ever decreasing abilities. I have at last been referred to a consultant but I’m pretty sure that might take some time given the backload of cases. However when I compare my predicament to many on this site I doo’t have much to complain about……….

I note that you have had arthritis in your hips and knees for some time and that your symptoms have got progressively worse including affecting your mobility and the need for pain management.
