Hi everyone. My names samantha and I’m new to this site. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year, then this year with osteoarthritis. The pain in my lower spine is very bad and I struggle with it everyday. I don’t feel like I’m getting much support from the nhs. I started physio a few weeks ago but doesn’t seem to relieve my pain. Does anyone have any advice to help with arthritis in the spine?

Hello @Samanthag and welcome to the community!

On the forum you'll be able to find support, advice and help from other people living with arthritis. The best way to seek support is through engaging on the community, if you feel comfortable.

In the meantime, here's some information on osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis (OA) of the spine | Back pain | Versus Arthritis

I wish you all the best and hope to see you around the forum!
