Hi
Hi everyone. My names samantha and I’m new to this site. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year, then this year with osteoarthritis. The pain in my lower spine is very bad and I struggle with it everyday. I don’t feel like I’m getting much support from the nhs. I started physio a few weeks ago but doesn’t seem to relieve my pain. Does anyone have any advice to help with arthritis in the spine?

In the meantime, here's some information on osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis (OA) of the spine | Back pain | Versus Arthritis
