Osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia help 🙏

I'm looking for some advice on hip and neck/shoulder/spine arthritis and fibromyalgia flare ups. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis a couple of years ago but it's getting much worse. I have greater trochanteric pain syndrome too which makes sleeping impossible. I've been referred to hospital to see if fibromyalgia is now playing a part in my all of my problems. I just feel so alone and anxious about everything. Pain relief doesn't help. I try and swim and use sauna and cold showers which does help a bit. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me?

Hi ,I have fibromyagia and arthritis n I'm in so much pain right now ,can't cope I know how you feel ,I can't sleep either or seem to sleep all time through shear exhaustion, I'm on loads of medication, which doesn't seem to help .I need more help but don't know where to start , I have server arthritis in both thumbs ,had one operated on but still in pain ,not as bad , can't cope ...
