My arthritis has been getting worse lately despite all I do to help myself so I’m just hoping that I will be able to get help and support from the lovely people here.

Hello @Karenhug and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well. I understand that you are joining to get help and support - you are definitely in the right place and now among friends that you just haven't chatted to yet.
