Newly diagnosed with hand osteoarthritis
Hello, I’m a female in my early 50’s and have noticed spurs on my thumbs and some finger joints which are sometimes very painful. An x-ray confirms osteoarthritis. I think I have it in my big toes too. Is there anything I can do to prevent it getting worse? And has anyone seen any improvement with HRT as I don’t take it at the moment. I work full time using a keyboard all day. I feel like I’m getting worse very quickly and I’m really worried. Thank you for any advice x
