Anti inflammatory gels

This is bagpus and I,'m new to this group

I have osteoarthritis in both knees and this weather affects the pain and discomfort

Can you suggest which anti inflammatory gels would be best for pain relief especially at night ?

Welcome the Online Community, we are a friendly supportive group, I hope this is your experience.

With Osteoarthritis as I'm sure you are aware a lot of the treatment is NSAIDs and self management, something we are aware of being effective is Capsaicin cream which is only available by prescription.

Hi @Bagpus and welcome.

Ok, gels. I rate FlexiSeq gel highly for reducing crunching, grinding, clicking and stiffness. I also use 5KIND Hemp Gel which "deadens" pain and Red Tiger Balm for soreness.
