Capsicum cream

Good evening all,

Firstly.. Is there anyone here who uses capsicum cream for their joint pain?

I was using some in New Zealand but cannot get the same stuff over here so was thinking to possibly try and make my own but wondered if anyone had a good recipe they can vouch for?

Hi @KellyH I use it and get it on prescription though it has been a bit diffcult to get recently. Online shope seem to have a good supply though.

I'm sure I've seen some others on here talking about making their own. Try doing a search (magnifying glass at the top) and see if anything comes up.

I couldn’t see a link to buy the Capsaicin? Do you know where we can get it?

If you put capsaicin cream uk in the search of a browser it will pull up where you can buy it

Have you tried your GP to get it on prescription?

Yes but it is not available …the pharmacy has not had supplies since May.

I looked on line and it does seem to be available to buy…..but there are alot of options
