Wet knee

Hi all I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis now 6 years but all of a sudden I now get this new issue a wet knee I keep checking my clothes to see if my trousers are wet if something and different clothing do the same thing my knee feels like it’s constantly wet any ideas what this is about thank you
